Welcome to the first issue of the World Information Architecture Digest, a global newsletter featuring resources for learning and professional development, as well as general news about the association behind World IA Day.
Every year a new theme is selected for local events to explore another angle of information architecture. For 2022, we move from WIAD21’s “Curiosity” to “A Connected World.” We connect with each other in digital, physical, and blended spaces. We connect with people, products, services, content, and the world in general. This connectedness can be wondrous and yet challenging.
We are thrilled to announce Stephanie Akkaoui Hughes will be speaking on 5 March 2022 as the 2022 World Information Architecture Day global keynote speaker! Details about how to register for the global keynote will be available later this year.
